SECTION 1 – ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

Q: Are your license keys genuine? Yes, all license keys sold on KEY HUB STORE are 100% genuine and authentic.

Q: What type of license keys do you sell? We sell both Retail and OEM license keys. The specific type for each product is mentioned on its page. Both types are fully genuine and sourced from official distributors.

Q: Can I reuse my license key if I format my computer? Yes, you can reinstall the software and reuse your key on the same computer after formatting it.

Q: Can I transfer my license to a new or different computer? No. All license keys are linked (bound) to the motherboard of the PC on which they are first activated and cannot be transferred to a different computer.

Q: Why does my order show a duplicated license key? Some of our products are sold with license keys that allow activation on multiple devices. In these cases, the same key may be listed multiple times in your order to reflect the number of activations you purchased. This is normal.

SECTION 2 – ORDERING & PAYMENT

Q: Do I need an account to place an order? Yes, you must create an account to purchase from our store. This allows you to easily access your order history and license keys at any time from your “My Account” dashboard.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard): Available for all customers in the Middle East (excluding Israel).

  • Smart Wallet & Instapay: Available exclusively to customers in Egypt.

Q: Do you have a policy for bulk orders? Yes. For bulk or large quantity orders, we require a 50% down payment at the time of the order. The complete order will then be delivered within 36 hours of the down payment being confirmed. Please get in touch with our support team to arrange a bulk order.

Q: How quickly will I receive my license key? The delivery time depends on your payment method:

  • Credit Card: Delivery is instant. You will receive your key immediately after payment confirmation.

  • Smart Wallet / Instapay (Egypt): Delivery is processed within 5 minutes after you send your proof of payment to our support team via Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp.

Q: How will I receive my license key? Your license key(s) are delivered in two ways for your convenience:

  1. An email is sent to the address associated with your account.

  2. The key is permanently available in your “My Account” dashboard under the “Orders” section on our website.
